A few of my favorite things

My order from Tall Poppy Craft arrived. I especially love the wooden handles with the little wood toggle clasp. The small one has a hole to fit 1-2 fingers.


A closer look


My mom and I found these at Uwajimaya a local asian grocery store. You can view the complete collection of string dolls at Kami Bashi. THey are handmade with one continuous piece of string. My favorite is the Warrior Woman in the center, she has a sword in her hand and another at her waist.


Crocheting with 1.0 mm leather cord is a lot of fun and can produce some beautiful jewelry.
