Last fall, I received more requests than usual. I'm pretty sure someone mentioned that there was a crochet along (CAL) happening with the sweater but I was so busy keeping my head above water with deadlines that I never checked it out.
Well, I got another email about the sweater this week. It seems Crochetville is the site of the CAL and it was mentioned on their first ever podcast.
When I went to check it out, I found that it was a very busy CAL with a lot of adaptations, including resizing. It's also been renamed BICO.
While I haven't been able to read through all of the posts, I did catch this way cute adaptation.

Here is Ginny's post on resizing for larger sizes
Here is a post that lists photos of completed projects from the CAL, including sock monkey details, gorgeous Chanel styles with fur trim, and pullover adaptations.
Wow. It's so nice to see people enjoying the pattern. It gives me the warm fuzzies all over.

I made the 6-month size for my very first grandchild. Loved the pattern; it was well written & easy to follow. Thanks for making it available.
I agree with Elisa. I just made a BICO sweater for a woman I work with, and it hardly took any time at all. It looks really cute. Thanks!!
PS I love your patterns.
