S'mores in under a minute

I like dark chocolate and I like S'mores. So when we don't have the grill or campfire going I make 'em in the microwave in under a minute. I use the Unique Origin chocolate from Trader Joe's which is about 71% cocoa, which means it needs a little more time to soften than typical milk chocolates. Ocumare is probably my favorite of the three varieties.
S'more
You'll need:
1 long graham cracker broken into 2 squares
1 square dark chocolate (at least 71% cocoa) slightly smaller than one of the graham squares
1 large marshmallow or 8-10 mini marshmallows (see note following about homemade marshmallows)
How to microwave S'mores:
1. Place the square of dark chocolate on a plate and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
2. Place one square graham on the plate, topped by the pre-softened chocolate square and one large marshmallow or 8-10 mini mallows.
3. Microwave on high for 15 seconds or until marshmallow(s) puff up.
4. Top with the second square of graham cracker and eat.
We've tried gourmet (homemade) marshmallows but they tend to be too sweet and the kids don't like them. Unfortunately with microwaved marshmallows you'll miss the smokiness of a fire toasted marshmallow.
Anyone have any other rainy day s'more ideas? Also, how burnt do you like your marshmallows when you toast them over the fire?

If you have a gas stove, you can get smokey-tasting smores on a rainy winter day! Just toast them over the flame.

I toast the marshmallows over the burner, too. But, the grahams and chocolate have to go into the oven so they are nice and warm (and melty) when the marshmallow goes on! Hmmm...I wonder if I have the makings around here somewhere. Now, I want one.
