Ravelry Stitcher Traevynn, of North End Knitters, made a better informed post about the Stitch N Roll at the 3/6 bout of the Rat City Rollergirls
here. In case you're not on Ravelry, here are the details:
Grab your naughty needles and hellacious hooks and join other fiber fondlers at Key Arena for a wild evening of Roller Derby Mayhem!
Posted on the Ravelry group - Sheepless in Seattle:
“Knit! Crochet! Roller Derby! What could be better?
Calling all stitchers, forget the stitch n’ pitch, let’s meet for a stitch n’ roll! We’re grabbing our portable stitch projects and heading to the Saturday, 3/6/10, bout of the Rat City Rollergirls at Key Arena. Doors open at 4:30 pm, bout starts at 5:30 pm.”
Tickets are general admission (unless you pay for the expensive ones) so look for other stitchers in the crowd and grab a seat nearby. You are responsible for buying your own ticket in whatever way pleases you.
If you’re going, post a note so others can coordinate a place to meet you.
If you want to save a little cashy money on ticket service charges, go directly to the Key Arena or get tickets in person at these Rat City Rollergirl-owned businesses:
Bird on a Wire Espresso
3509 SW Henderson St
Seattle, WA 98126
Fast Girl Skates
252 NE 45th St
Seattle, WA 98105
This could be the start of a beautiful friendship…

Whereever you get tickets, be sure to ask for group discounts. Our Redmond Stitch Group representative,
MoulinRogue, got a killer deal for buying a group of tickets.
